Specifically, the surveys you find on the back of the receipt, usually accompanied by a food offer or a contest. I often take these because I'm frugal and enjoy the free food. I also suspect most people don't bother or have the time to do them, which is why the offer is made in the first place. This mainly is to fast food employees...does the restaurant get feedback (both good and bad) back from these in a timely manner? And if you do, how is it utilized?
