Looking for a new cheaper windows mobile phone

I just lost my T-Mobile SDA and I'm looking for a decent cheaper phone that fully supports syncing Microsoft Outlook Contact information (I guess it doesn't have to be a WM phone, but from what I have read most other phones have lots of issues syncing MS Outlook contact information).

Here are my other requirements:

at least 320x240 resolution.
A hardware keyboard
WM6.1 or higher (assuming it's a WM phone. I can flash the ROM if needed)

And some things I would like, although totally not necessary
640x480 resistive touch screen (so I can use as a Japanese English dictionary)


I live in Canada so that limits what I can buy somewhat, but I am perfectly open to buying from ebay (new or used) or even China if it's a good deal.

So far the best match I've found for my needs is the HP IPAQ Voice Messenger.
