Alot of people seem to be making complaints about it, I'm thinking about getting one but from a fair few of the reviews I've been reading it has some issues. Most of the complaints are aimed at lagging/freezing of the OS and SMS interface.

Have these problems been flattened out since it was released or is it still buggy?

Any opinion on it is appreciated
