Just a few days back I experienced a very sharp headache while I was legpressing (520lbs).
It was so painful that I had to stop working out and sit down for 30 mins just to be able to walk.
It happened again today during incline bench press (154lbs) and it was much worse. I could barely walk becuse I was feeling really dizzy.
All this has never happened to me before and I usualy lift much heavier. I am going to go to doctors first thing tomorrow morning but I'm just wondering if anyone else has this problem or if anyone knows whats happening.
My friends think its because I'm not breathing properly :S but I don't think thats the issue because I've been training for over a year.
