cool as in popular or strong or badass or mischievous
main character can be guy or girl
in it i want comedy action and romance ( if possible )

rurouni kenshin (he's so strong )
black cat (he's strong and kind of badass )
special a ( he's popular ) < not the main but still cool
maid sama ( he's popular ) < not the main but still cool
tenjou tenge (she's strong )
code geass ( he's mischievous )
darker tan black
dn angel ( i like the dark side )
these are just some characters with the traits i like
