I am 16 years old and I always have had weight problems I mean i'm not huge or anything but i'm not exactly skinny either. I am at least four pounds over what I want to weigh and i've lost weight before ni the past playing DDR and healthy dieting. I've been belly dancing this time instead of DDR and the first few days i was all perky and energetic the day after but now i'm like lazy and it's harder to exercise and I am so tired.. :/ I eat healthy but i honestly am not sure if I am getting enough calories but then again idk; I just feel tierd and lazy in the past two days i've been exercising, why is this ? There definitely is a noticeable change already though ; i think i lost maybe 4-5 pounds already. Why is my body so tired ? Is this normal with exercising?
