I've cooked it before and it was great; I loosely followed a recipe I've since lost but I have all the ingredients I want. I was going to saute the harder veggies like celery and onion, add the meat (already cooked with fat drained), then the canned tomatoes. I'm not sure how long to simmer the tomatoes before adding the rest (corn, peas, beans, etc.) or if I add it all at the same time...your opinions are appreciated : )
