I agree but then we'd have to include Detroit and Cinncinati. Although I do like the direction the Lions are heading and I expect them to be good pretty soon.

This is either another account that Bear Down made, or this is an attempt to become the champion in this section when it comes to bashing Browns fans..

Based on your question, I must say you certainly have made a new statement. To answer your question, I really don't know what the Browns will do in this next season, but so far they have (based on the draft) made some key moves. But they still have along way to go.
