Only one way to get rogers to unlcok a phone for you. You have to tell them that you will be using it on Fido. It can only be asked over the phone to customer service and they will charge $250 to do it.

Roger's wants $250 to unlock their phones. You can find it on Ebay for $60 CAD, but it will take 7-10 business days to complete. Good Luck!!!!!

Customer service can unlock but there is certain criteria that must be met before any CSR can offer it.

Anyone get a Rogers Curve unlocked by Rogers???

Sorry kappa styles, Customer service at Rogers will no longer unlock any phone. It used to be that CS would provide the subsidy lock for any phone but it cost $250 at the time.

Recently however, Rogers and Fido both have released internal memos to all employees stating that they would no longer provide this service.

If you are looking for a reliable unlocker I suggest Mr. Unlocker on Ebay. He charges good rates and is a reliable unlocker.

    -edit-

Just to clarify how I know this: I am a Rogers/Fido repair technician.
