    How many plates for buffet?

    How many (and of what kinds of) plates should I have for a buffet to serve 100 guests?
    What kinds: full size dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates? This is for a fairly casual backyard wedding.

    the kind that look cool. and you should probably have around 150 just in case
