Or will it just be another government program that hampers recovery, costs jobs in small businesses, drives more jobs and companies overseas, AND drive energy cost up on individuals?
Cap and Trade didn't work in Europe. What makes liberals think it will work here?

Well, it sure will make people who sell carbon credits like Gore rich.
That should let him jet around the world a while longer.
