unauthorized payment dispute: over 2 years old?

I sold my an $80 calculator on ebay on Oct 2008. Buyer left feedback saying he got it too.

Three days ago, the buyer opened an unauthorized payment dispute on Paypal.
I shipped this out with USPS and kept the tracking number, but it appears the tracking number has been reused. aka- it's not my number anymore. I checked a couple other of my USPS tracking numbers and they have also been reused too. (around late 2010).

The only other piece of evidence is the feedback left by the buyer on ebay, but that's not concrete enough.

How do I fight this! Paypal has taken those funds and I am negative right now. It's crap because this transaction is over 2 years old.

    Thanks!
    I have provided them with:
    1) the ebay feedback
    2) my receipt of the shipping label (made through paypal..)
    3) other examples where I shipped my items, but tracking numbers have been reused.

    others?

Paypal is fair, once they review the info you have provided I am sure it will be ruled in your favor. You just need to be patient.
