...car maybe 5hrs. in shop now? drivetime put me in a rental but i did some study on my on and found out that the transmission failure with the ford 500 will continue to happen every 40,000 miles, i don't have $2-3,000 to replace a transmission every time this happens, i need to know what rights do i have being i just purchased the car and its still under warranty, i want them to at least put me in something different i really have been through it with these people and i have not been treated fairly i don't think . i have put my whole operation as far as my life on hold behind this i saved all year to get this car and drivetime has not satisfied me at all can i get my money back? i know they got me to sign an arbitration agreement, will that stop me? help me please!
