I'm 13 years old, i play basketball, and run 3.5 miles once a week. Two days ago, i had basketball practice, yesterday i ran my 3.5 miles and then later was shooting around on a basketball court for no more than 5 minutes when all of a sudden i could barely walk because of a sudden sharp pain right at the bottom of my right knee. I didn't fall down or anything so i don't know what the problem is but it hurts most when i try to put weight on it and straighten it. I've iced it but it's not seeming to help. What's going on and how can i fix it? I have a basketball game tomorrow so please answer ASAP! 4 points to best answer, 1 point for replying, Thanks!
