Green liquid? I have a tripod with spirit levels built in to show when it is level so it will pan along a horizon and I have another with fluid dampers built in to the pan and tilt mechanism which damps motion so you can smoothly pan and tile without any jerkiness when you start and stop the pan and tilt motions. The spirit levels are yellow-green, but other than that, I have NO idea what green liquid you refer to in the question The pan/tilt dampers are filled with oil and I have NO idea what color the oil is.
