I've been with Sprint for about 3 years now. Somehow, I've put up with terrible service this long. And by service, I mean both customer and coverage. The main problem, is my coverage. I live in a rural area, and I am 95% of the time roaming with sprint, and even though I get 4 roaming bars, my messages never send, and I always receive messages about 45 minutes late. I called them about this, and they have this little tower device that they give for free if you have bad service and it will help boost your service, but it only works if you have high speed internet, which I do not. Do I have any other options other than canceling my service and paying a termination fee?
Verizon and Sprint have the same roaming, that would be a terrible idea. If I do end up switching I'm switching to US Cellular, who have amazing coverage, and are getting to get good androids.But, I'm trying to find a method other than switching.
