For all their new smart phones they require data packages to buy them. I was wondering if we could reduce them later in the contract? For instance, the new samsung fascinate requires a 29.99 data plan so i was wondering if after one month of paying 29.99 can I change it to a 15.99 data plan? or do i have to stick to the 29.99 one?
