How difficult to change the starter on a 99 Chrysler LHS?

I've replaced many car's starters. Some are super simple, remove and replace....nice, easy open access.

Others have been nightmares!! 95 Mustang.....I had to notch the frame or pull the engine (I notched the frame)

Anyone have a clue what I'm up against on the 1999 LHS??

    Thanks!
Anti: I'll bet you ten bucks if you were sitting next to me, you would have concurred about the notch. It was very small, did not affect the load bearing capability of the car, and the car was a rusted piece of junk. The new starter doubled the price of the car. With your quickness to judge, I wouldn't want to work for you.
