I was playing Australian Rules Football today. I popped my knee trying to go up and the redirect in midair to catch the ball. So, I think my weight came down on my left knee and popped it (I heard a it was loud to me but not loud enough where others heard it) pop. It wasn't out of it's socket nor did it swell or swelling now. I sat down for a few minutes and drank water and I came back in and finished the game out. How bad will this be? Once the pop happen there was pain in my knee but not that much and it subsided quite quickly in like 5 minutes and it's not hurting anymore now nor do I feel any adverse effects.
