Can someone link some free animation/flash progs? i currently use jasc animation shop 2 but has limited tools. on a christmas image, i wanted to only have the lights blink but this "effect" tool only applies it to the whole image. its called, "rotate colors." im a beginner btw. maybe im not doing it right. lol can anyone help? thank you.
