I ran into the same thing although all I share are mp3 files. A HUGE number of requests! (I'm using 2.5.5 and people can browse my files). Go to Options, then Advanced, and Preferences. That's where you can set your Freeloader choices. Personally, I feel like if a person is offering 500 files then they're serious about the concept of true file-sharing. ((The 500 is my only personal choice, your mileage may vary. )
