Okay. One day I went to lift weights and then there was this piercing pain between my chest and armpit. I didn't do anything different from what I usually do, I have correct form, wasn't overdoing it, good pace, everything fine. All of a sudden I come back 2 days later to Bench press and that's what happened. It keeps happening every time I go to lift weights even after I take resting days. Hellppppp
