Just watched this film and its the one of the best iv ever seen. no real superstar actors in it but its a real brill show. i cryed buckets at the end so that a sign of a good film......me thinks anyway!!!!

wel i work in a shop and thers a dvd section in it so i just picked up the first one i seen tonite. turned out to be one of the best iv ever watched. wonder how did she lose her memory tho.....or was i just payin attention???
she had alzheimers - its a degenerative disease that gets progressively worse over time until you are left basically a vegetable. There is no known cure yet, how ever once stem cell research is given the proper attention it deserves (at the mo loaRABa people are like "No! Clones will kill us all ) it and Parkinsons will be wiped out (hopefully)
its really slow, at first you just forget small things, and it gradually snowballs. thats how she knew to tell him to read the book
I watched this last night and cried my eyes out nearly all the way through!
One of the best films I have seen for a long time. Would like to read the book too.
Even my husband enjoyed it and he only watched the last half.
I've just watched this at last. I loved it - so many of these 'girl falls for the wrong boy' romances end unhappily (eg. The Age of Innocence, The Remains of the Day etc), that it was nice to see them actually get together for once!
