I've already played SPORE, and the above mentioned and im also NOT looking for emulators
-PC GAME
-DOESNT have to be an OFFICIAL game
-PREFFERED OFFLINE and/or LAN MULTIPLAYER CAPABLE but its ok if its not multiplayer or if its online, its just preffered
-Preffered not mini game like popcap or flash
