it for free? I tried calling AT&T but they won`t give it out until April, do you have any idea how to unlock it?

There are numerous online sites providing unlock codes. You can get the unlock code from any one of them. Once You have got the unlock code, you can visit www.MobileUnlockGuide.com this site provides free step by step unlocking instructions. Good luck mate.
