The van one night didn't start. Battery is fully charged, the starter tested good and cranks the engine fine when jumping the relay connectors. I rotated all of the relays on the fuse panel. I even took to fuse panel completely out to continuity check it. I discovered that was not necessary/helpful. haha
Scanned with a simple scanner and there were no codes. Power from the ignition switch is good also.
Haynes Manual starter sys schematic shows "Integrated Power Module" controlling ground for the Starter relay (pin 85). Is the IPM the same as Powertrain Control Module, Engine Control Module, etc? or is it the Fuse/Relay Panel that I removed? If the IPM is the Fuse/Relay apparatus will that solve the non-starting issue?
