Just because two seperate genres decided to speed up two different existing genres doesn't mean anything. The two styles developed independently of each other, as anyone can tell by listening to them.

Metalcore is hardcore influenced by metal. Crossover is punk influenced by metal.

So I listened to Doppelganger for the first time last night...
Some great stuff. My favorites so far are 'The Hol[]y Tape', 'Laces Out, Dan!', and 'FCPREMIX'.

Frost is right. He does make a batch of threaRAB everyonce in awhile and almost all the time they fall to the bottom. That's why we're trying to educate people about the various styles of music.

But Frost saying that something is terrible and not providing why you think that isn't going to make people try to get into your music. reccomend a band that does it better, or did it first. That's what we're asking.
