Its no lie that i've struggled with my weight for all of my life, and i've finally found a balance between eating healthy and maintaing a good weight, but my mom says i have a disorder or something, cause i dont eat in public. I am skinny now, (not too skinny im like 120) but i dont like eating in public, cause i feel like people are watching me, plus i enjoy eating privately. I'll drink stuff in front of people, and eat SOMETIMES, but the thing is i always eat light in the morning, dont eat all day, then eat A LOT till im full when i come home in my room in private. Is this normal? For once in my life i feel like i've accepted myself and my weight, but i just want to know if this is normal or not? And how can i be more comfortable eating in public, cause my friends make comments how i never eat and stuff. Thanks for the help!
