I've been playing EA Sports Active 2 lately, for about two weeks. That's about an 30 minutes to an hour of stretching, running in place, and squats each day, without wearing shoes. Now there is a swollen lump on the side of each of my feet, near the arch. And they hurt! I'm only a teen- so what is it? What should I do? Could it just be my body adjusting to the exercise? Could it mean I have (eek!) flat feet?
