I'm 15 and am just trying to lose 10lb or so. It has to be easy to do coz I dont have access to any equipment except for a couple of 750gram weights :/
I run about 3-4 times a week already and have a healthy (ish!) diet.
Whats a good workout and how many times should I do everything, etc.
I also want to tone my arms and legs - specifically inner thighs.
