I clicked on my account and clicked upgrade phone just to see the prices and options and things. but i never purchased anything. then i logged off. the next day i go online and next to my account it says something along the lines of that i upgraded my phone but did not activate it yet so it wont let me upgrade. what happened? should i go to the store to have this sorted out? anyone work for verizon and know the problem or experienced something similar once? Help please!
