ok, so i recently went to applebee's and had their weight watcher's chicken meal with broccoli and roasted red potatoes (can't remember the exact name of the meal). anyways, i don't usually like broccoli, but the way it was cooked and whatever seasonings they put on it made it taste really good. does anybody know what all is on it and how they cooked it? it was really tender, but not mushy/ soggy, and the stem parts weren't crunchy. thanks!
