The artwork gets much better as the story progresses, especially in the manga. I know the manga artwork sucked in chapter 1, and by chapter 70 or so, it was some of the best I've seen. Also, you should try watching a few more episodes. I don't think the real story kicks in by where you stopped. It gets pretty serious in the second half, a huge 180 in comparison to the first half.

The manga has ended? I remeraber a new Trigun Maximum coming out just last year. Was it the last? Also, if what you say is true, Wolfwood was my favorite character from the anime, and he most be awesome if he is even better than before. I think I will check it out, thanks for the hint.

    Trigun

I thought moments of Trigun were amazing, but I would only give it a 7.5/10 overall. One thing it did extremely well was, as mentioned, corabine comedy and drama nearly flawlessly. In my opinion, the best characters are the ones who appear a certain way on the surface, but once in a while you get a glimpse of their true self which is totally different. Vash epitomizes such a character. Wolfwood is also pure badass, yet compassionate. The one area Trigun could have used some work was the storyline. There were some very dramatic moments, but the story lacked cohesion. Trigun suffered the same problem as Cowboy Bebop; both animes were, for the most part, episodic then near the end the whole story is wrapped up without enough interaction with the antagonist. This leaves that "abrupt" feeling. I'm probably going to get a lot of slack for criticizing Trigun and Bebop in the same sentence :P Trigun is still a very good. That was my only problem. Oh ye, it also has great music.

O NO YOU DIDN'T! Jokes. At any rate, like I've said 50 times already in this thread, you gotta read the manga. The story flows much better than the anime. Also, you have a point in Bebop. To a certain level. However, THATS ALL I'LL GIVE YOU WITH BEBOP. No moar >.>.

Trigun is great. I've watched the anime and read most of the manga [really need to get to finishing that...].

The anime does a funky job of corabining the manga's different stories, but is fairly close to the original for the most part.

And yes, its message is really one of the greatest things as the series gets it across so well.

Wolfwood owns face, I must add.

Both the Anime and Manga are wonderful. Though the Anime sometimes suffers from bad animation. I can ignore it, though. I hope to find the box set soon.

Oh lordy, I bumped this biiiiitch.

This is one of the few animes I still care about, and I need to rewatch it soon. Anyway, loved the show, Vash was hard as hell, the Final Bosses went hard, Vash's brother went hard, Mallie and Millie (or whateveR) went hard, the fights went hard, the story went hard, let's discuss whatever you suck at when watching this show.
