agreed. I would hate to not be "grandfathered" into a jump account. $50 lasts 3 months easily, plus I have managed to tether MMS and go to any cricket area and not roam... 3 bucks a day for the same junk roughly is crap.
The problem I have with Cricket monthly is all the 'nickel and dime' fees. Does anyone know if it Cricket is going to charge a fee everytime a PayGo account gets refilled. And how about taxes? is that factored into the $1/day, $2/day etc.??
Just the cost of the phone. There is no activation fee for PAYGo.
Seven to ten business days to make sure it is applied to your account to avoid service suspension and late fees. HTH
Any late info on Jump>PAYGO migration? Dates, details... I'm a (currently) happy customer who wants to keep my Jump Mobile as long as possible!
Understood. So assuing ten business days, that would mean that one would need to postmark their payment a full two weeks before the due date
jump customers will be migrated to paygo eventually. i don't know when, they just said everyone would be migrated at some point in the future.
Yes, and as of August 1, 2008, Cricket no longer offers a three day grace period for payments.
You could opt for ABP, automatic bill payment from your credit or debit card, I believe some Cricket markets automatically put a $5 credit on each months bill for signing up. The thing about that is, they can debit your account up to seven days before your bill cycle date
umm there's never been a 3-day grace period... here anyways.... maybe your market is different... but generally they give you until payment cut-off time (8PM CST) the day after your due date to recieve the payment and avoid disconnection...
