Hmmm... I have all the files set up like it shows here in this thread, yet I am getting a "Error: Cannot resolve hostname".
Alltel v3m Firmware on a v3m.
Any ideas?
ok- if beyond the walled garden mean getting pass the cricket mobile portal, then yes you can...
if you mean not having a proxy, then no you cannot...BUT, you can setup your own proxy on your home pc...try hottproxy
Having the Sprint Firmware on it makes it not be able to get cricket's web or mms going.
Here are a couple links to pages I found by chance while trying different URL's in my WAP browser.
Leap Test Links page:
http://wap.cricKet.motricity.com/portal/
This link can be accessed directly in the WAP browser.
Central cricKet Portal Homepage:
http://central.cricKet.motricity.com/portal/home/
This one can be accessed from a PC and sometimes using the google WAP translator on your hanRABet. It is kinda hit and miss for me at least. :befuddled Not sure where or why they use this portal.
The test links page has some good info about your phone and the headers it senRAB. :yummy: Check it out and have fun.
i got the nuraber from them! but that info wouldnt work and it made my txts and pic messages not be able to recieve because of the username and stuff. so i changed it back.
Before I even messed up my phone, google.com would not work on my Cricket phone. It would always tell me, "You are not allowed to access this website." What was that all about?
well i know how to use google.....lol.......buh i need the seting on touch...n how to enterr them :befuddled
