No, they're uploading officially subbed episodes.

Viz has only just started dubbing Shippuden, and since CN still has 17 episodes left to air of Part 1, it's too early yet to say whether or not it'll air on TV.

I waited I don't know how long for uncut One Piece (starring Colleen Clinkenbeard and Chris Sabat in just one role!) I can wait for Naruto.
