"Mobile Suit Gundam 00" on Sci Fi's Ani-Monday Series Talkback (Spoilers)

Well.. it's just that you'd make that kind of crude joke. D: Making a joke about someone tripping or something... that's one thing, but making fun of someone, animated or not, getting murdered in cold blood like that by a freaking crazy pilot of a Gundam... that's another story. Just don't do it again. I'll be forced to go internet kung-fu on you or something!



I love Rie Kugimiya too, but I hate Nena. You can have a closet hatred of her if you are afraid of being kicked out of the Kugimiya Love-Love fanclub, lol.

It's hard to look past her craziness. If you imagine her to be evil, and as insane as she is... it's easy to picture her as an ugly monster. I do feel pretty sorry for Setsuna having a crazy "you know what" kiss him. I wouldn't consider it a first though, as it was stolen from him.

And we find out Louise lost her hand too. =[ Gah. I hope Setsuna beats the crap out of that family.

Not quite the explosive beginning I've seen compared to past Gundam first episodes, but it was still a nice watch. Too bad it started getting interesting towarRAB the end of the second episode, now I have to wait a week to see the conclusion. And yeah, the "Sucks to be you!" line was great.

Finally, someone you can hate actually made an appearance in this show. I was starting to get a bit worried when the best you can do was feel irritated by some of the original four Gundameisters' actions. The Thrones' (or whatever they're called, trying to remeraber all these new names is hard) actions and their attitudes, however, are pretty vile, especially when one of them slaughters basically everyone at a wedding just because she found it annoying. So, when Graham managed to kick one their butts all by himself, it was a cool moment. Setsuna going up against all three however... I don't see that ending well. Unless something disrupts the fight. Entertaining pair of episodes this week.

Saji wasn't all that great there. He didn't sound panicked at all. Sounded like he was having a normal conversation. Louise was pretty good on the other hand

As touching as it was, Lichte's past did come out of nowhere. And up to this point, he was expendable.

I was shocked by Chris's death though. Whoa, a chick dying in an episode like this? It really shocked me.

And I still can't get over they managed to survive a beam cannon blast! And in such good condition! You would think Lichte would have been nothing but a scorched corpse after that. But no...

Spreaking of deaths, so many in the past episodes: the Super Trinity Brothers, Kinue, Darell (though, I can't bring up any sympathy for him), Bandit Keith, Team Patrick, Lockon, Lichte and Chris. Dang, not even the named characters are immune.
