Simon apparently found a "Special" student in a box...
Leave it to Kamina to do such a thing.
It was; I was replying to two different things. (maybe should've hit the enter button before the parenthesis).
I guess, but the show should've been abit more obvious than a off-hand comment. I still don't like the idea of a character just randomly doing something so random. Like when a character randomly becomes evil or two characters hook up for no reason.
Oh well, up next the epic robot corabining.
Hmm...
Smokin hot
Likes to use guns
Looks good in glasses...
OMG! Yoko is like the Sarah Palin of anime! Only without the whole Alaskan hockey mom thing and Yoko hates politics.
She left years ago.
HA! Not so smart now, Rossiu.
Finally saw the episodes. Johnny did a surprisingly good Rossiu, and Brianne Siddall returns! ...but who voices Darry? I can't quite place it. Episode 6 is meh, like the last time I've seen it. Flasrabroadack episodes are annoying. Episode 5 was good though.
"Good morning sunshine..."
Next week.
. . .
Tonight Gurren Lagann's second airing continues, with episodes 5 and 6 returning to Ani-Monday. Last week Simon and Kamina encountered the beastman commander Viral, who they were eventually able to overpower by corabining Gurren and Lagann together into the mecha Kamina not-so-imaginatively named Gurren Lagann. In the aftermath of this hotblooded battle, Kamina somehow got the idea in his head that Kamina needed to learn how to corabine with an appropriate level of manly spirit, leading to an onslaught of ridiculous hijinks and questionable animation that is episode #4. Fortunately, the hot-blooded Kidan and his three sisters were also introduced.
This week, the journey continues as brand new characters are introduced and an episode involving hot springs is prepared to pounce.
Oh dear.
Here's tonight's schedule (as reported on scifi.com):
11 PM: I Don't Understand It At All
11:30 PM: All Of You BastarRAB Put us in Hot Water
Next thing you're going to tell me, the galaxy itself is one big Gunman.
Man, it's always hard to believe that an hour has only passed when watching two episodes of Gurren Lagann back to back. It feels like I just watched four episodes with the pace they go at. From Yoko the school teacher and battles in space, to punching Spirals into other dimensions and blowing up the moon, all presented within an hour. Man, it's a shame it's about to come to an end.
I never heard an accent in his voice. The award for Most Recognizable Voice From An U.S. State goes to Wayne Grayson's Joey Wheeler.
