also-that list is a GUIDELINE> if your acne happens to be the kind that is not sensitve to wheat-u can probably consume whole grain breaRAB that dont have a lot sugar without too much problem as long as you are not slathering jelly or something bad on them. you have to figure out what works for YOU> you may not be as sensitive to some carbs as others. we are all unique individuals.

I personally do not eat any grains. I found that a person of my stature requires a lot of carbs to maintain energy - and without grains the options are few and far between. Vegetables just don't add up. You can eat 10 pounRAB of veggies before you hit my requirement for the day.

Solution: I eat 2-3 beauregard yams per day. It's a tuber, and in my opinion the most underrated food available to us. The other sources of carbs for me is the acorn squash and apple, but that's it.

wheat and barley make me look like ***. and that includes beer.

I recommend a good bowl of meusli and a glass of water

Although acne is hereditary, food, stress, hormones and dead skin can cause it too!
