The story is the 2end book about a girl who lost her first lover when genetic influence made him immortal. Later the same happens to her but its too late for her first love to come back even if he still loved her. But a new kind of creature come along, one they didn't know existed. They hold him captive at first; afraid of what he might be capable of, but soon learn to trust him. Our girl is the first to give him a chance and so, falls for him later. Both being immortal in one Sense or another, he promises her forever because his kind only love once.

But in the 2end book his enemies catch up with him and they are forced to make a run for it and go into hiding. She is caught and he has to go after her. He trades himself for her, but then is betrayed on the next bargain and given over to those that intend to harm him. When help comes, its in time to save his life, but not to save him from everything. A poison that was meant to kill him only turns him into something else. Something no one (not even him) could predicted or control. Afraid of what he might do, and driven by an urge he could not explain, he slips away in the night leaving his necklace around his lover's neck as a silent promise that he will come back. Now she wakes to find that he is gone and everyone saying its for good "he may appear unchanged for the most part, but we have no idea what is going through his head! He's lost it! can't you see that...". She holds on to the hope that he is still the same man she fell for and he will return, but that hope is dieing by the day...

Is this plot missing something or is it fitting for a sequel? any and all comments are appreciated.
