So im trying to lose weight, im on kind of a cardio guy and havnt been working out lately but i will work out starting next week, i was just curious if this was a right way to keep my metabolism up since ive heard that slowing down the metabolism will cause u to gain alot more weight

7:00 - 1 poached egg on 1 slice of whole wheat sugar free bread

9:30 - Half a slice of apple

11:30-12:00 A salad contains romaine lettuce, arugula, tomatoes with a herb vinigraite dressing,/ 1 sandwich of grilled chicken breast tomato lettuce and mozarella cheese

3:00 - a pack of sky flakes/ 1 banana

5:00 - A sandwich of cheddar and mozarrela chese with tomato basil and mustard

Im not quite sure whether i have to reduce or what not, if i could get a simple detailed answer thanks alot! this is the first time where i tried to eat 6 small meals in a day so im not sure
I exercise at night depending when i go on the treadmill for an hour at 7:00 pm or when i have ice hockey training at 8:30 - 11:30pm
