it used to be an asian anime cartoon, it was a girl who would fly on this stick thing, kinda like a broom stick, but it wasn't a broom.... and she didn't have a mother. and I can't remember what else, ohh oh, she went to a private school and she wore uniforms..... it's kinda old. but yeah...
