I'm going into the techno field, but I know pretty much nothing about synth and technology and that.

I plan on using the software Reason 5 by Propellerhead. I also need a midi keyboard. I like this one because it has around 3500 synth sounds.

Would it work with Reason? Also, do you have any recommendations as to any software, other midi keyboards, other things I'll need, etc.? It would be quite appreciated!

That's the techno artist Stromae. Its where I heard of Reason and why I want to do this. If you can give me any info on his setup, etc. that'd be great too.
