well i live in Mozambique and im guessing koodo is a phone company. Here we have two phone companies Mcel and Vodacom and if we need are puk codes we have to take our phones to the actual shop tell them whats wrong they'll ask you questions to prove that this is your actual sim card like
-who did you last call
-who called you last
-name 10 contacts in your phone book
ext, i think if u get 3 or 4 out of five right the will give you the puk code
