My LG Scoop AX260 screen fades and goes white...?

Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?

I've had the LG Scoop for 2 years now and I've had to replace it a few times. My first one had this problem. My phone went completely blank and and went white at times. If you have had it for less than 12 months, then you should still have a warranty on it. So you can get a new scoop.
