Guys ebay took my listing off! :-) ebay send me an email that nokia contacted them and that this violated nokias rights. Some BS!! Anyway I think is pretty clear now that cingular is not coming out with the phone anytime soon, because why would they care that one phone is selling if they are coming out with it in a few weeks!!! anyway the phone still for sale and if you want it contact me!
