    GIF/HTML help please!?

I want to post a GIF on my blog but I'd like to make it smaller without needing to create another GIF out of it to make it smaller. So is it possible to make the GIF smaller by changing some stuff in the HTML code?
    It's an animated GIF.

@David Mills Thanks a lot, but resizing animated GIFs is for registered users only..
