I run track and last year I wads 15 and it was my first year and I ran a 5:00 1600m and a 2:17 800m. This junior year of track season I want to hit at least a 4:40 1600m. So I'm running 8 miles a day and I plan on going another 10 miles a day with no breaks on a stationary bike. Will this lower my times even more? And if so by how much?
