Alltel VE465 to Cricket - Monster Fails to load

Tried Flashing my Alltel ve465 to cricket via RSD Lite and the Cricket ve465 Monster and it refuses to load...

Has bootloader 0003 (was told this was the issue)
Any way around this? Could someone help me with the complete RSD settings to flash it manually with RSD General? Just don't want to miss anything before i give it back to the customer. Will simple flash + changing settings in RSD give me Talk/Text/MMS/Web functionality?

Try RSD Lite Version 3.9.1

ya, try a few different versions of rsd lite, try a different cable as well. and be sure the battery is full.

I was told that the bootloader version would make it impossible to load the rom.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of the RSD settings so i can program it manually?
