Even at 80 pound overweight, I loved my body. In order to lose weight and get healthy, I had to convince myself that my body wasn't good enough and I needed to work. Now I realize that I'm getting antsy and I can't stand my body, I just want to be thinner! I just want to be out of my body! I have 59 pound to go, but I can't stand myself! How do I boost my self esteem without giving up on losing weight?
